Kèr Vaqukcíhn (/ˈvaquc/ /cɪ̞n/ [anger] [allergy]) is a subtropical Town located in the Tewqàrbedbù County of the Picham Community.

The name Kèr Vaqukcíhn is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Vaqukcíhn was founded by Bibnen Āko, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Kèr Vaqukcíhn has a yearly average temperature of 24°C (75°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a blistering 34°C (93°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 15°C (59°F). Kèr Vaqukcíhn receives an average of 222 cm/y (87 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Kèr Vaqukcíhn covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 1534 m (5032 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Kèr Vaqukcíhn was founded durring the late 12th century in spring of the year 1067, by Bibnen Āko. The establishment of Kèr Vaqukcíhn was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Bibnen Āko electing to pay people to resettle in Kèr Vaqukcíhn.

Kèr Vaqukcíhn was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Vaqukcíhn is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Kèr Vaqukcíhn is buildings are located arround a single crampt paverstone mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. Kèr Vaqukcíhn's somewhat suffishent has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.

Kèr Vaqukcíhn seems to be abandoned at first. There are people present, working their trades and going about their business like any community, it’s just they are absurdly quiet. Just as you start to think there might be trouble, you see most of them are reading. The entire town feels like a library, with those not reading remaining quite to not disturb those who have their nose in a book. The longer you remain in Kèr Vaqukcíhn the more you start to wonder if you’ve entered some strange open-concept University rather than a town, but you can’t quite say such with certainty.

The style used is characterized by order, symmetry, formal design, grandiosity, and elaborate ornamentation. Architectural characteristics include balustrades, balconies, columns, cornices, pilasters, and triangular pediments. Stone exteriors are massive and grandiose in their symmetry; interiors are typically polished and lavishly decorated with sculptures, swags, medallions, flowers, and shields. Interiors will often have a grand stairway and opulent ballroom..
